Very attentive to your growth! Honest and trustworthy gym! If I didn't move away I would definitely still be at this gym. Coming here made me feel like it was my second home the people who go here are so welcoming and supportive. Always clean and even has some extra supplies encase you forgot sumtin such as an elastic band to the up your hair :) I always recommend this gym to those around!

Dwight is a results driven trainer whose training principles are based on an acute knowledge of exercise science and nutrition. Thanks to him, I've been able to meet and exceed my own weight training goals.

Great place to workout!! Dwight Nelson has been in the sport way too long and hence has practical knowledge. His trophies speak about his achievements. Defintely recommended.
