I went to Importex to repair the clasp of my chain, and the service was on top. They changed the clasp on the go which took the time of a conversation and a quick look at their workshop in which they craft their own jewelry (about 2-3 min). The service was made for a neat 15 CAD including a quick clean-up of the chain (ultrasound/compressed water). I’d refer people who are looking for a jeweler to this place without a doubt

This is hands down the best company you can work with for buying a ring. I live in Detroit and searched high and low and was blown away by not only the quality of the merchandise but the price and service as well.
