Fantastic environment, with personalized service and client care. If you live in TMR, or any of the adjacent Burroughs or even commute through Mount Royal, i strongly recommend becoming a member.

How did Studio 1 Gym this Gym served you in Mont-Royal ?
I really enjoy my workouts at studio one. It's got more than enough equipment and never a wait for a machine. The people are all friendly and you feel confident with yourself as its all about fitness. The manager/owners are great . Always a hello and goodbye !

What could you say about Gym services provided in Mont-Royal by Studio 1 Gym ?
The best gym in TMR. It's situated in a very convenient spot, there's a decent amount of places to park close by. The staff is very friendly (the owners are frequently there), the facilities are nice, it's relatively quiet (depending on what time you go at) and the people who frequent the gym are friendly. Only downside is that some of the equipment is non-functional, but that is to be expected at any gym. It may be more expensive than other gyms like Econo but it is worth the premium.
