I've been to see other physios before and I never felt like I was making improvements. I've been seeing Nan for a month now for my knee pain and I'm feeling so much better already!

I highly recommend Integral Performance Physio! Ryan is an excellent physiotherapist - super patient, friendly, competent and professional! My grandpa first came to see Ryan for debilitating back and leg pain. After 7 weeks of treatment (hands-on, machine and personalized at-home exercises), he is now pain-free and able to go about his daily activities and more! We are so grateful for your help in his recovery and we cannot thank you enough! On the plus side, the clinic is very clean, spacious and welcoming. For anyone coming during COVID times, rest assured as they have all the safety measures put in place. For any rehab needs, you will definitely be in good hands at Integral Performance Physio!

I have had the best experience at Integral Performance Physio with Melizande. With her it's not just a massage, it's a treatment to work on whatever issues you may be experiencing. She helped me discover underlying pain that I didn't even know that I had, and gave me exercises after to work on strengthening my muscles. I can't recommend her enough!

It’s warm and welcoming, state of the art, strictly hygienic and beautifully calm. Ryan has been helping me with healing a shoulder injury.
