Loved it!! Had no experience with vaping and wanted to quit cigarette for a long time They give u great advice and this girl even did the installation for me!

I was looking to reduce my tobacco usage and supplement it with a 'vape' device. The charming young lady who served me was beyond helpful as she patiently walked me through all the options with an eye to tailoring it to my specific needs. She was highly knowledgeable and at no time pressured me towards one product or another. She was quite forthright in what I could expect from each of the devices we looked at. I ended up getting two very dissimilar products along with the appropriate 'juices'. (She was perfectly correct in all her advice to me.) I found the products to be of superior quality and the store to be immaculate and totally professional in appearance. My experience was wholly pleasurable and I fully recommend this establishment.

Beautiful shop, extremely well kept and very clean. Like I'm not kidding it's modern feel is very stylish and the staff make you feel welcome and keep it professional. The main lady working there ( Tam I believe ) is absolutely amazing at what she does and offers a superiors customer service to everyone who enters. She fully explains the devices to clients and how to use them as well as show you how to use them. She takes the time to explain the warranty on the products which for hygienic reasons and others must be done though the manufacture . Definitely the best location to go to as it's very calm and of course if I didn't say it before the amazing lady working there will make you feel like family!

Tidy and comfortable store interior with gray woodgrain floors, simple glass displays and some artificial potted plants and grasses. Very high quality product at a reasonable price. The focus of the brand seems to be making the highest-quality juice that's usable across the broadest range of devices. A lot of the product is 50/50 PG/VG. Great selection of devices; it's what takes up most of their display space. The staff is knowledgeable and super approachable. In between other customers, I've probably talked with the staff for more than an hour over the last week or two, finding what works best for me, and getting to know the ins and outs of vaping as a relative noob. Whether you're an experienced vaper, a noob like me, or a long-time smoker looking to switch to vaping, I'm confident that Vaporus, and especially this particular branch, will take good care of you.

It's a very nice and clean shop and all of the employees are super chill.
