Fortis Fitness West

I couldn’t be more honest when I say that Fortis Fitness West is the best gym that I’ve ever been to. After the tour I was given I signed up immediately and was so eager to get in and workout. I’ve been a member for about a month now. The staff are amazing, super kind, and always willing to help and answer any questions. The amount of equipment they offer is amazing. Anyone who is a beginner or even an advanced lifter will love this gym!

Fortis West is hands down, the best strength gym in Canada. They have the best equipment, environment and people. I've trained at a variety of facilities in Canada, the US and Europe and I always feel my best at Fortis West. The owners, Krystal and Jeremy are hugely knowledgeable and Jeremy never bats an eye at answering my questions and giving his thoughts to my training. I feel so lucky to have such an amazing facility close by. If you can train here, do it. You'll never look at the gym the same way.

Fortis West is one of the finest gyms and communities in Ontario...hands down. The equipment and floorplan of Fortis are first in class. Plenty of space, racks, awesome machines that you won't find at any other gym, and a very clean experience. Fortis West does a great job disinfecting and providing COVID-19 friendly experience. The owners, Jeremy and Krsyal, offer a welcoming experience and plethora of knowledge for any person looking to further along their fitness journey. This is in my opinion is the greatest asset of being a Fortis West member.

Easily one of the best gyms I've gone through. Besides all the ample equipment, specialty machines and bars, open turf, and everything else a great gym has. The one thing that truly makes Fortis special and amazing is the community. The entire staff are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. All the other gym goers will help out, no judgement, and cheer you on your path forward. Even during the pandemic, Fortis has made sure that everyone is safe and everything is accessible. I cannot applause enough at the lengths Fortis has taken.

By far the best gym experience I've ever had. Top notch equipment, inspiring atmosphere, great music and best of all, you never have to wait for a squat rack. I can't recommend this place enough.
