My first time ordering from Orchid florist,beautiful experience. I had an issue with delivery on my end my receiver wasn’t able to receive the flowers due to language barrier and Annie followed up and took care of everything. They delivered the flowers the second time without charging me a fee. Everything worked out for me thank you so much for everything.
